This dramatic transformation of the original 1960’s East Halls residence area was one of the universities largest residence hall construction projects to date at a cost of $450 million. The design project was phased over the course of 10 years and includes 14 renovated halls and 2 new residence halls. Exterior design was updated to include a lantern element to identify the entries. Interior design upgraded the wet core and open up the ground floor amenity spaces.
