The project consisted of relocating and consolidating Raytheon’s Falls Church, VA Technical Services and Intelligence and Information Services facility to 600,000 SF in three buildings at the former AOL campus in Dulles, VA. We tried to salvage as much of the existing facility as possible while also creating new spaces that were identifiable to the Raytheon brand. In addition to open office space, we also designed engineering labs, machine rooms, and a data center for the defense and aerospace based client.
